The Human Rights Commission has reportedly expressed fears that anti-war and anti-globalisation protestors could be labelled as terrorists under legislation due to be introduced this year.

Reports this morning said the commission was seeking fundamental changes to the Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences) Bill, which is expected to be rushed through following the Madrid bombings earlier this month.
