Revenue planning closer monitoring of tax exiles

The Revenue Commissioners are reportedly planning a crackdown on people who claim non-resident status for the purpose of avoiding taxes.

Reports this morning said the Revenue was examining ways of inspecting whether such tax exiles were in fact out of the country as much as they claim.
