Two economists from University College Dublin have reportedly called for the reintroduction of third-level fees.

Reports this morning said Colm Harmon and John Sheehan were seeking the reintroduction of such fees on the grounds that third-level graduates make a significant profit from their education.

The two economists are reportedly arguing that the investment return for third-level graduates is higher than the rate of return on equities or bonds.
