Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has accused the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern of "hypocrisy" over his position on combating EU terror.

Mr Kenny has said it is unacceptable to call for united EU action to stop terror while the Government's own Criminal Justice Terrorist Offences Bill published in 2002 remains to be debated in full.
