Tánaiste to make speech on future of EU public services

The Tánaiste, Mary Harney, is due to make a speech on public services to the National Forum on Europe in Dublin today.

Ms Harney is expected to discuss the impact that the proposed EU constitution would have on essential public services throughout the EU.
