Concern scales down operations in Haiti

The Irish aid agency Concern has scaled down its operations in Haiti due to growing unrest in the Caribbean nation.

Speaking from the country’s capital, Port-au-Prince, spokesman Kieran Crawley said: "The situation that’s developed over the last few days has really made most of our work come to a standstill.
