FG leader accuses Govt of pandering to republicans

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has accused the Government of pandering to republican paramilitaries in the name of the peace process.

Mr Kenny was speaking in the Dáil, where he criticised the Taoiseach’s attitude to alleged ongoing IRA activity.

Bertie Ahern rejected his criticism and said he was working to bring about an end to IRA activity.
