Labour demands suspension of e-voting

The Labour party is formally asking the Minister for the Environment, Martin Cullen, to suspend plans for electronic voting in the forthcoming local and European elections.

The party’s environment spokesperson, Eamon Gilmore, has written to Minister Cullen asking him to change his mind.
