Cory threatens to reveal report himself

The retired Canadian judge whose report into alleged collusion in the North is being withheld by the British government has threatened to make the document public himself.

Peter Cory was appointed by the Irish and British governments to investigate allegations of official collusion in six murders in the 1980s and 1990s.
