The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has shut down another so-called "puppy farm" where dogs were being bred in squalid conditions.

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has shut down another so-called "puppy farm" where dogs were being bred in squalid conditions.

The ISPCA said it was alerted to the existence of the farm in the midlands before Christmas and issued a warning to the owner.
