Raiders steal €9,000 from Co Laois post office

Gardaí in Co Laois are investigating the theft of around €9,000 from a post office near Stradbally this morning.

A number of raiders entered the building early this morning, tied up the postmaster and his wife and escaped in the postmaster’s car.
