Huge variation in house prices across country

A Property Price Survey to be published in tomorrow's Sunday Times shows huge price variation across the country.

The survey predicts a softening of the property market in the coming year, with increases of about 7%.

Sunday Times Journalist Niall Toner said houses in the commuter belt are becoming more expensive than those in Dublin city and suburbs.
