A demonstration has taken place in Dublin to protest against the French government’s plan to ban Muslim girls from wearing their head-dress to school.

A demonstration has taken place in Dublin to protest against the French government’s plan to ban Muslim girls from wearing their head-dress to school.

More than 100 Irish Muslims, as well as members of the Irish Anti-War Movement gathered outside the French embassy, in what has been described as a "peaceful protest."
