Fishing vessel detained by LE Eithne

The Naval Service has detained an Irish fishing vessel on suspicion of breaching fishing regulations.

The Orion was detained by the LE Eithne last night off the south-west coast before being escorted to Castletownbere for inspection.

The Orion was the 35th vessel detained by the Irish Navy this year.
