Fine Gael calls for neutrality debate

Fine Gael has called for a national debate on neutrality.

Speaking at the Fine Gael National Conference in Galway, party leader Enda Kenny insisted Ireland is not neutral but "merely unaligned" and that we need to acknowledge that fact.
