Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams today launched a strong attack on the Reverend Ian Paisley’s Democratic Unionists, claiming they were playing “catch-up” with other parties over the peace process.

As he swept through his West Belfast constituency on the final weekend of campaigning before Wednesday’s Assembly Election Mr Adams claimed the DUP were putting forward a “dishonest” argument.
