Adams says UUP unable to manage change
Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams blamed the inability by Ulster Unionists “to manage a process of change” for difficulties in pushing forward the peace process in Northern Ireland.
Adams made his remarks in New Orleans where he laid a wreath for indentured Irish servants who dug the city’s 19th century canals through swamps.
