Labour calls for radon action

The Labour Party has called for the Minister for Health to be given responsibility for radon related deaths in this country.

Emmet Stagg, Labour's spokesman on Nuclear Affairs, says that 200 people die each year as a result of cancer caused by high levels of radon in houses.
