Ireland will be represented at a conference in Madrid today, as part of a group of 60 potential donor countries trying to raise money to reconstruct Iraq.

An estimated $36bn (€30.4bn) is the figure the countries seek to raise, but many of the attending states are still undecided as to whether or not to contribute.
