Hackney saw man being attacked, court hears

A hackney driver has told a murder trial that he saw a man lying on the ground being punched by another man while a third man stood over him.

In evidence at the Central Criminal Court today, Patrick Duffy said he was driving up Ballygall Road, Finglas when he saw three people fighting.
