A man was being questioned today by detectives investigating an abduction blamed on the Provisional IRA.

A man was being questioned today by detectives investigating an abduction blamed on the Provisional IRA.

Brendan Rice, 38, was seized at his home in Newcastle, Co Down at the weekend by a gang of masked men.
