Post mortems to be carried out on two killed in house fire

Gardaí are investigating the deaths of two people killed in a house blaze in Co Cork.

A woman in her eighties and her son who is believed to be in his fifties died in the blaze in Dunmanway at around 9am this morning.

It is believed a faulty electric blanket may have caused the fire.

Post mortems will be carried out later today.
