Anti-alcohol legislation to come into force today

New legislation banning under-18-year-olds from being in pubs after 9pm is due to come into force today.

The legislation also makes it compulsory for people aged between 18 and 20 to produce photographic ID if they wish to enter a pub after 9pm.
