Labour wants solution to housing prices

The Labour Party is calling for the establishment of a new National Housing Authority to tackle the problem of rising house prices in the Capital.

The party's Environment Spokesperson Eamon Gilmore says house prices in Dublin have trebled under this Government's rule, resulting in young working families being unable to buy a home of their own.
