Two Irish libraries have been awarded top prizes at the Public Library Building Awards.

Two Irish libraries have been awarded top prizes at the Public Library Building Awards.

Ardkeen Library in Waterford took the prize for Best Small Conversion, while Cootehill in Co Cavan won the Best New Small Building category.
