Gardaí investigate Limerick assault

Gardaí in Limerick are investigating a serious sexual assault on a woman overnight.

The incident occurred at around 9pm when the woman was approached by a man in the Dromindeel area, close to Newcastlewest.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information to come forward, in particular to the driver of a red jeep who was seen in the area at the time.
