Dodds outrage at American donations to SF
Donations to Sinn Féin from large companies such as Coca-Cola are "totally unacceptable" the British House of Commons heard today.
Democratic Unionist Nigel Dodds expressed concern at continuing donations to IRA/Sinn Féin from America.
He added: "One such recent example was a donation from the Coca-Cola corporation."
Mr Dodds asked for a statement from the British Prime Minister, particularly since David Hill, the UK government's new Director of Communications, was apparently an employee of a PR company that worked for Coca-Cola at the time of the alleged donation.
Mr Dodds (Belfast North) said: "Donations to IRA/Sinn Féin by companies here or elsewhere are totally unacceptable given their still commitment to violence and their refusal to give up the machinery of terrorism in Northern Ireland."
