Higgins will oppose bin charges until they are reversed

The campaign of opposition to refuse charges in Fingal, North Dublin, will continue until its reversed, according to Socialist TD Joe Higgins.

His party colleague, Councillor Clare Daly, will appear in the High Court tomorrow, where she could be fined, or jailed, in connection with the dispute.
