Rabbitte: Govt is 'incompetent'

The Labour leader said today that the Government was becoming more incompetent, out of touch and unaccountable.

Addressing his parliamentary party in Wexford, Pat Rabbitte accused the Taoiseach of making a mockery of the Dáil and announced plans to produce a radical reform of the way the Oireachtas operates.
