Dublin City Council to stop collecting protesters' rubbish

Dublin City Council has announced its intention to stop collecting rubbish bins from households that have not paid the bin tax.

An identical move by Fingal County Council sparked protests and blockades in north and west Dublin last week, with angry residents insisting that refuse collectors pick up all the bins.
