Gardaí have released the names of two victims in separate road accidents today.

Ronan Leonard, 27, from Rakeenan, Newbliss, Co Monaghan was killed in a road traffic accident in Monaghan at 1.40am this morning.

The motorcyclist killed in Swords, Co Dublin yesterday was 53-year-old Seamus Kelly from Lucan, Co Dublin.

The accident happened at 5.30pm at Kilsallaghan, Swords.
