A four-member commission to monitor paramilitary ceasefires is a “sticking plaster solution” to keep the Good Friday Agreement intact, an MP said tonight.

Democratic Unionist MP Gregory Campbell said the monitoring body made up of two British Government nominees, Irish and United States representatives, was “more damaging than positive for the unionist community”.
