The Government has announced plans to introduce changes to the National Car Test from next Monday.

The Government has announced plans to introduce changes to the National Car Test from next Monday.

Junior Minister Jim McDaid said today that, in future, any car that fails the test for any reason will have to be repaired and retested before it receives a NCT certificate.
