Ahern and Blair share US peace prize

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and British Prime Minister Tony Blair are to be honoured in the US for their role in advancing the Northern Ireland peace process, it was announced today.

Mr Blair and Mr Ahern will be recognised in a ceremony at the University of Connecticut on September 24.
