Iarnód Éireann advises of disruptions

Iarnód Éireann is advising travellers of disruptions to its services today.

There will be bus transfers in operation between Portlaoise and Thurles on the 19:15 train from Dublin Heuston to Cork and on the 19:15 from Cork to Dublin.

There will be a bus from Portlaoise to Cork on the 2100 service from Dublin Heuston to Cork.

In the Capital, DART services will run as far as Dalkey between 9:00pm this evening and midday tomorrow. Passengers for Killiney, Shankill, Bray and Greystones should change at Dun Laoghaire where a shuttle bus will be in operation.

Tara Street station is closed all weekend – passengers are advised to use Connolly and Pearse stations instead.
