Eastern Health Authority to overhaul complaints system

The Eastern Regional Health Authority has announced plans to introduce a standardised complaints system throughout the eastern region.

The ERHA said it hoped standardisation would simplify the complaints procedure and improve the system of recording and independently reviewing cases.
