BoI computer staff balloted over dispute

Members of the Irish Bank Officials Association, attached to Bank of Ireland's computer division, are to be balloted on recommendations in relation to the outsourcing dispute.

The row centres on plans by the Bank of Ireland to outsource the division to Hewlett Packard.
