Bord Pleanala to rule on Phoenix Park development

An Bord Pleanala is expected to rule today on objections to the construction of a new town in the Phoenix Park in Dublin.

Councillors in the city have already granted planning permission for the proposed development, which will include 2,314 homes as well as shops, pubs, offices and other facilities.
