Boy, 3, dies of accident injuries in hospital

A three-year-old boy who was in a critical condition following a road accident at the weekend has died in hospital.

Connell Clarges, of Loughlinstown, Co Dublin, died at Beaumont Hospital following a collision between a lorry and the car in which he was travelling on Saturday morning in Co Wexford.

His 18-month-old sister Katie was also killed in the collision.
