Gardaí launch gang investigation in Louth

Gardaí in Dundalk, Co Louth are investigating what are believed to be a number of gang-related incidents in the town.

At 10am today, two elderly men were confronted in their home. One of them was held down while the house was ransacked.

Shortly afterwards, a business premises and a car were broken into in the Feede and Darver areas.

Gardaí believe the same gang is behind the three incidents.
