Planning fee a 'stealth tax'

Fine Gael have described the Government's refusal to drop the €20 planning fee as "shocking".

Bernard Allen, the party's local government spokesperson says despite the European Commission's second warning that it may bring Ireland to the European Courts over this, the Government remains pig-headed.
