Coughlan to launch immigrant rights book

Mary Coughlan, the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs, is due to launch an information book on immigrant rights later today.

The 264-page book is published by the Immigrant Council of Ireland and contains advice on the law and immigration policy in Ireland.
