Compromise CAP proposal forwarded

A new compromise paper on reform of the Common Agricultural Policy has been presented to the council of Ministers in Luxembourg by Commissioner Fischler.

It includes a reduction in the level of cuts in dairy production, but also a reduction in compensation.
