Belfast unionist defends 'sectarian' remarks

A Democratic Unionist Party candidate for the post of Belfast Lord Mayor has sparked a row in the North by refusing to withdraw 'sectarian' comments.

Robin Newton described people living in west Belfast as a "parasites' paradise" 16 years ago.
