Govt lobbied to resist watering down of CAP reform

The Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association has called on the Government to support an end to the link between EU subsidies and farm production.

The ICSA said Agriculture Minister Joe Walsh should resist efforts to water down the EU's "decoupling" plans during negotiations on reform of the Common Agriculture Policy.
