Firms may reduce premiums for law-abiding motorists

Transport Minister Seamus Brennan is reportedly on the verge of securing a deal with a major insurance firm to reward law-abiding motorists.

The deal would see the company reducing premiums by between 10% and 15% for motorists who do not clock up any penalty points.
