Woman dies in overnight car crash

A fourth person has been killed on the roads since the beginning of the bank holiday weekend.

One woman was killed and a man injured when their car went out of control and overturned on a stretch of the M4 near Lexlip in Co Kildare.

The accident happened at 10pm last night. No other cars were involved.

Ten people have been killed in road accidents since Thursday.
