The Minister for Health says he hopes fresh talks can take place next week to try and end the strike by public health doctors.

The Minister for Health says he hopes fresh talks can take place next week to try and end the strike by public health doctors.

The dispute between the Health Service Employers Agency and doctors over pay and conditions is now in its third week.

Minister Micheal Martin said this evening that the Labour Relations Commission is available for talks between both sides next week - and he intends to take up the offer.
