Both sides in the public health doctors dispute are to attend talks at the Labour Relations Commission tomorrow.

Both sides in the public health doctors dispute are to attend talks at the Labour Relations Commission tomorrow.

The doctors - represented by the Irish Medical Organisation - and health employers will engage in exploratory discussions.

There is no indication as to whether public health doctors will suspend their strike action.

But Gerard Barry of the Health Service Employers Agency has commented this evening that he hopes they can now leave the picket lines.
