A man in his late 50s has died after the jeep he was driving hit a tree in Co Meath this morning.

A man in his late 50s died after the jeep he was driving hit a tree in Co Meath this morning.

The accident happened at around 1am near Dunsany.

Gardaí are withholding the deceased's name until his next of kin are informed.
